Our History

Masti first opened its doors in 2002 as a one-stop entertainment venue, serving great food and drink, with a dance floor to party the night away.

Our Dinner and Dance format meant customers could plan their entire evening in one place, enjoying a delicious Indian feast, interspersed with ‘time-outs’ where they could hit the dance floor to an eclectic mix of Bhangra, Bollywood and chart hits. Then, from 10.30pm until the early hours of the morning, Masti transformed into a nightclub. This proved to be a winning formula, one that’s still adopted on weekends to this day.

Masti’s reputation

As Masti’s reputation grew, the venue attracted locals, families and celebrities from the world of film, fashion and sports, as well business leaders and entrepreneurs looking for a venue with a difference. This popularity has continued and you will regularly spot famous faces among the crowd.

The Masti brand has always been known for its emphasis on serving amazing food and providing the best customer service. Key to this success are two people who have been with Masti from day one: Head Chef Rabinder Singh and Managing Director Jignesh Brahmbhatt. Keen to ensure every customer has a great experience, their continued determination and attention to detail has transformed Masti into a global brand.

In 2014, Masti came under new ownership and, since then, the venue has undergone a full refurbishment programme. New features includes a luxury VIP area, a show-stopping, 10,000-piece LED chandelier suspended over the dance floor, and a state-of-the-art Funktion-One™ sound system. Behind these improvements, our focus on delivering the best food, drink and customer service remains the same.
