Masti’s highly trained professionals are both excellent at what they do, and they’re also full of enthusiasm for their work. From our head chef to our cocktail makers and servers, each Masti team member is valued for their individual talents and contributes to making Masti an exceptional venue. At Masti, we like the personal touch, which is why we want you to meet the team. At Masti, we believe that it takes someone special to create truly unique Indian flavours. That’s why we have Head Chef Rabinder Singh on our side, who is able to take humble spices and herbs and transform them into delicious dishes only he can create.

Head Chef

Chef Rabinder has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, and was classically trained within the kitchens of the prestigious Taj and Ashoka groups in India. Born in the north of India, Chef Rabinder has been working in London for 15 years, and has been running Masti’s kitchen since 2004. He not only brings with him a wealth of knowledge, but a passion for delivering both traditional and regional Indian dishes to our diners. His use of Dum Pukht (a special cooking technique using a heavy pot (Haandi) and dough cover) ensures that his food is rich in flavour, and the Karahi dishes (cooked in a special cast iron pot) on offer are a shining example of Chef Rabinder’s ability to blend together complex spice mixtures.
